Synology has rolled a pair of new high-performance NAS drives that Synology Disk Station DS1010 and DS110j. The DS1010 Synology NAS + is the enterprise-class, which provides a housing extending five bays that will accommodate either 2.5 or 3.5 inch SATA. It is equipped with an Intel Atom-D510, which a variant of the popular N450 processor is clocked on.

Synology + DS1010 can handle RAID levels 1, 2 or 6 It can be networked with Ethernet or USB interfaces. It is also DLNA complaint and comes with its own management software – Disk Station Manager that can in Windows, Mac or Linux.
